If your credit card is rejected, this means we cannot take payment from your account. Even if the reservation process was validated, you will not be permitted to board at the airport.
Q: How many passengers can I book in one reservation?
A:You can book up to 9 passengers in one reservation on flychinaeastern.com. To book additional passengers, just repeat the booking process to create a separate reservation.
For groups of 10 or more, you may wish to enquire about special fares or discounts offered through the China Eastern sales office.
Q: Why can't I see the flights I was expecting?
A: This can occur for two reasons: Flights on a given route may not operate on a daily basis; seats may not be available in one of the segments on your itinerary.

Q: Can I apply the value of an unused ticket or travel voucher as credit towards an online ticket purchase?
