Introduction to "Wild Your Baggage" Prepaid Baggage
By using "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage services, passengers can complete the purchase and payment of prepaid baggage in advance. This is done by estimating the weight of said baggage and purchasing the baggage allowance online prior to check-in. Purchasing baggage allowance in advance simplifies and reduces time spent during the check-in process at airports, thus improving passengers' experience.

Purchasing Guides:
1. "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage services are only available for flights operated by China Eastern and Shanghai Airlines.
2. After purchasing the tickets specified under the "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage service, passengers can purchase the "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage either through China Eastern official channels (official website/APP/Mobile website) or directly from ticket offices under China Eastern 6 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
3. Tiered pricing is used to segment the prices of "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage services for different routes. To view pricing details, please log on to the official website.
Service regulations:
1. Piecework system: Each passenger can purchase a maximum of five pieces of baggage for each voyage. The weight of each piece of baggage should not exceed 23kg. This rule is applicable to all classes.
2. Weight system: Each passenger is requested to make an individual purchase for each voyage as needed, with a maximum of 30kg of "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage allowed (weight opxions: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg).
3. When using their points to prepay for baggage fees under "Wild Your Baggage", members can only do so for themselves or their beneficiaries (list of beneficiaries to be determined in advance). 10 points are equivalent to CNY 1 of prepaid baggage fee.
4. The sum of the length, width, and height of the "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage purchased cannot exceed 158cm.
5. If the actual excess baggage fee is less than the prepaid amount, the difference will not be refunded. If the actual excess baggage fee is higher than the prepaid amount, passengers shall pay the difference.
6. In the event of rescheduling for the same cabin (tickets have not been reissued), "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage service will automatically change along with the ticket details.
7. In the event of rescheduling across different cabins, the passenger must first cancel the ticket with the original "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage, and then place another order for "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage according to the flight information.
8. In the event of endorsement, the passenger must request a refund for "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage prior to the scheduled departure time. No service fee will be charged for this.
9. The prepaid baggage service must be both purchased and returned in full. For example, if a passenger has purchased 2 pieces of "Wild Your Baggage" prepaid baggage, a refund can only be made for the 2 pieces in full. Partial refunds for only 1 piece or per kilogram may not be given.
10. Please apply for refunds through the original channel with which the service was purchased before check-in. Refunds are available within 12 months of the date of purchase.
